The goal of this website is to provide you, the Michigan property owner and citizen, with a central place for information gathering, sharing and organizing in understanding the annexation issues of the Northville Township Property to the City of Livonia.

We need to stop the annexation of the Northville Township Land (on 7 mile; between Haggerty and Northville Road) to the City of Livonia.

Stop Annexation believes that we, as Michigan property owners and taxpaying citizens, should and must have a voice in any decision to have portions of our Township annexed.

Please join the effort to help prevent the annexation of the former Northville Psychiatric Hospital into neighboring Livonia. Use the resources provided here, get on the mailing list, send us your news to post, and spread the word about this website.

We all need to join forces to show our elected officials that united we will stand and fight against the involuntary take over of our properties.

The developer who bought the land on 7 mile and Haggerty, the former Northville Psychiatric hospital, moved people onto the property and had them petition to annex to Livonia. We know that he was planning to do that even before he purchased the land. Northville does not get a say in the matter, although we are working with members of the Livonia city council.
